Works closely with the management board to ensure that strategic objectives are met.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees the operation of the hotel, according to the Organizational chart.<\/li>\n<li>Holds regular meetings with all department heads.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures full compliance with hotel operating controls, SOP service policies, procedures and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manages all major property issues including capital projects, customer service and renovation.<\/li>\n<li>Handling complaints and overseeing service delivery procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of the annual Hotel Operation Budget, Market and Sales Plan and Capital Expenditure Budget.<\/li>\n<li>Manages the hotel's ongoing profitability, ensuring that revenue and overall customer service objectives are met and exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all decisions are made in the best interest of Klan Arena and efficient management.<\/li>\n<li>Presents Klan Arena budget goals and sets other short-term and long-term strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>Closely monitors Klan Arena business reports on a daily basis and makes relevant decisions as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the monthly financial forecasts for Rooms, Food and Beverage, General Administration are based on strategic and accurate objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Maximize revenue through innovative sales practices and performance management programs.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and presentation of the monthly financial report for the owners and the Board.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in purchasing supplies and operating equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a final decision maker in hiring management team.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and administer all departments and work closely with department heads on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Menaxhoni dhe zhvilloni ekipin Ekzekutiv t\u00eb Klan Arena p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar p\u00ebrparimin dhe zhvillimin e karrier\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e drejtuesve t\u00eb departamenteve dhe t\u00eb marr\u00eb pron\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb gjitha ankesave t\u00eb mysafir\u00ebve.<\/li>\n<li>U p\u00ebrgjigjet auditimeve t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ruajtjen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb operacioneve (auditimet e brendshme dhe t\u00eb jashtme).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PARAKUSHTET:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kandidati ideal \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb profesionist n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e hoteleris\u00eb, me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, menaxhuese dhe p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb praktike.
